About
Carolyn (Cari) Zepeda has studied and worked in health, education and wellness for over 20 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish and a Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy. She has been a Reiki Master since 2023. Cari has been training with Best Healing Solutions (a form of applied kinesiology/ quantum healing) since 2024 and continues to receive ongoing training. Personal experiences with illness; combined with higher education, scientific study, alternative and complementary medicine training have allowed her to understand the value and importance of being well in all aspects of life.
Cari has worked with individuals across the lifespan in various settings in the United States and abroad and has a diverse understanding of complex factors that promote or restrict access to quality care and positive outcomes. She has studied and implemented over 80 different therapeutic modalities and enjoys continuing to learn about and practice new evidence based strategies for wellness. As an integrative energy healer her goal is to help you find clarity, calm, and connection with your innate ability to heal. Cari does this through simple, evidence based strategies. She deeply understands the importance of providing you with a safe, understanding and compassionate environment for whatever you are seeking support with. Cari has special interests in digestive health/ functional nutrition, environmental illnesses (including mold toxicity, heavy metal toxicity, and multiple chemical sensitivities), chronic or recurrent infections/ illnesses, endometriosis, neuroscience, and child and family wellness.
